His Excellency the Governor of Kaduna State, Mall Nasir Ahmad El –Rufa’I has said that good practical learning of skills and trade experience can instantly turn our quantitative advantage in human resource endowment into productive advantage.

The Governor made this statement through his representative Hon Idris Nyam the Commissioner of Business Innovation and Technology at the graduation and closing ceremony of 2019 National Industrial Skills Development Programme (NISDP) which took place at Peugeot Automobile Nigeria Limited (PAN) Learning Centre Kaduna.

He further noted that the purpose of training these grandaunts would not be achieved if they failed to empower themselves by being gainfully employing thems

elves.

Governor El – Rufa’I noted that NISDP has demonstrated the quest of making Nigeria one of the twenty most industrialized countries by the year 2020 adding that the graduation ceremony is there matching words with action in realizing our national and state goals Poverty Reduction, Employment Generation and Job Creation.
